The Role

We’re seeking a Client Partnerships Lead to oversee implementation, client management, and product execution across 2–5 client partnerships—including leading academic institutions and care delivery organizations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments, excels at client engagement, and can drive execution with independence and strategic judgment.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing success. At the same time, you’ll work closely with internal teams—including engineering and product—to translate client needs into solutions and to build the content and experiences that power our platform. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of client relationships — from onboarding through adoption and long-term growth.

This is Altitude’s first dedicated Client Lead role, with the opportunity to define our client delivery model and shape the growth of our organization. Reporting to the COO, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving client success and guiding Altitude’s future direction.
